The Story
Borrowed from the trolls.
"Legend has it that trolls guard Norway's wild nettles — but we managed to sneak a handful into this bottle."
Deep in the forests around Hurdal, the nettles grow tall and stubborn. Local lore says they're watched over by the trolls who've called these woods home since long before anyone was keeping count.
We made our peace with the trolls, brought a careful handful back to the distillery, and turned them into a vodka that's bright, herbaceous and unmistakably Norwegian. It's distilled, bottled and looked after by the team at Nuet in Hurdal — a small operation that takes its craft seriously, and itself less so.
